A Message from the President

On behalf of the the Interfraternity Council, I'd like to welcome you to our community.

Attending the University of California, Davis provides students with ample opportunities to grow personally, professionally, and academically and joining a fraternity will ensure that you maximize opportunities in each of these areas. The decision to enter formal recruitment and ultimately become a brother in a fraternity will be one of the most pivotal decisions of your life. In doing so, you will be given a myriad of opportunities to develop as a student and leader. However, you must know that as a fraternity man at UC Davis, the community and world will expect more of you. We are leaders in our communities and hold ourselves to a high standard of excellence in philanthropy, community service, and, brotherhood. Last year we set a new council record last year by collectively fundraising over $214,000 for various philanthropic causes. It is my hope that you decide to join of the many well-established and respected chapters here at Davis and join us in our continued effort to make positive changes within our community, and world. Please feel free to check out the individual chapter member profiles on our website and I look forward to seeing you at the mandatory IFC kickoff event on September 29th from from 4-6pm at the Science Lecture Hall.

Sincerely,

Nick Elliott-Smith

IFC President
